Look to a future where your everyday life is free from trauma and anxiety.
There are lots of different types of trauma: from experiencing a traumatic incident such as grief or a car accident, to surviving domestic violence or sexual abuse.
The effects of trauma are complicated, because we all respond differently to our experiences.
Trauma can affect how we think, feel and behave in certain situations, and can impact our relationships with our family, friends and communities. Sometimes traumatic experiences from our childhood are carried with us into adulthood and cause anxiety.
Together we look at the impact of trauma on your life and why you are experiencing particular difficulties. We then work through our recommendations based on how we can best support you to a future beyond trauma.
